壬午，以左驍衛大將軍契苾何力為浿江道行軍大總管，左武衛大將軍蘇定方為遼東道行軍大總管，左驍衛將軍劉伯英為平壤道行軍大總管，蒲州刺史程名振為鏤方道總管，將兵分道擊高麗。青州刺史劉仁軌坐督海運覆船，以白衣從軍自效。
