問：「孔子謂武王未盡善，恐亦有不滿意？」 先生曰：「在武王自合如此。」 曰：「使文王未沒，畢竟如何？」 曰：「文王在時，天下三分已有其二。若到武王伐商之時，文王若在，或者不致興兵，必然這一分亦來歸了。文王只善處紂，使不得縱惡而已。」
