唐詡問：「立志是常存個善念，要為善去惡否？」 曰：「善念存時，即是天理。此念即善，更思何善？此念非惡，更去何惡？此念如樹之根芽，立志者，長立此善念而已。『從心所欲不踰矩』，只是志到熟處。」
