先生嘗語學者曰：「心禮上著不得一念留滯，就如眼著不得些子塵沙。些子能得幾多？滿眼便昏天黑地了。」 又曰：「這一念不但是私念，便好的念頭亦著不得些子。如眼中放些金玉屑，眼亦開不得了。」
