問：「孔子曰：『回也非助我者也。』是聖人果以相助望門弟子否？」 先生曰：「亦是實話。此道本無窮盡，問難愈多，則精微愈顯。聖人之言，本自周遍，但有問難的人胸中窒礙，聖人被他一難，發揮得愈加精神。若顏子聞一知十，胸中了然，如何得問難？故聖人亦寂然不動，無所發揮，故曰『非助』。」
