形不正者德不來，中不精者心不治。正形飾德，萬物畢得。翼然自來，神莫知其極。昭知天下，通於四極。是故曰：無以物亂官，毋以官亂心，此之謂內德。是故意氣定然后反正。氣者，身之充也。行者，正之義也。充不美則心不得，行不正則民不服。是故聖人若天然，無私覆也；若地然，無私載也。私者，亂天下者也。凡物載名而來，聖人因而財之，而天下治；實不傷，不亂於天下，而天下治。
