睹戊子，土行御。天子出令，命左右司徒內御，不誅不貞，農事爲敬，大揚惠言，寬刑死，緩罪人。出國，司徒令命順民之功力，以養五穀。君子之靜居，而農夫修其功力極。然則天爲粵宛，草木養長，五穀蕃實秀大，六畜犧牲具，民足財，國富，上下親，諸侯和。七十二日而畢。
