海不辭水，故能成其大。山不辭土石，故能成其高。明主不猒人，故能成其衆。士不猒學，故能成其聖。飺者，多所惡也。諫者，所以安主也。食者，所以肥體也。主惡諫則不安，人飺食則不肥。故曰：「飺食者不肥體也。」
