日月，昭察萬物者也。天多雲氣，蔽蓋者衆，則日月不明。人主猶日月也，羣臣多姦立私以擁蔽主，則主不得昭察其臣下，臣下之情不得上通，故姦邪日多而人主愈蔽。故曰：「日月不明，天不易也。」
