人主出言，不逆於民心，不悖於理義，其所言足以安天下者也，人唯恐其不復言也。出言而離父子之親，疏君臣之道，害天下之衆，此言之不可復者也，故明主不言也。故曰：「言而不可復者，君不言也。」
