人主身行方正，使人有理，遇人有禮，行發於身而爲天下法式者，人唯恐其不復行也。身行不正，使人暴虐，遇人不信，行發於身而爲天下笑者，此不可復之行，故明主不行也。故曰：「行而不可再者，君不行也。」
