人君唯毋聽請謁任譽，則羣臣皆相爲請，然則請謁得於上，黨與成於鄉。如是則貨財行於國，法制毀於官，羣臣務佼而求用，然則無爵而貴，無祿而富。故曰：「請謁任譽之說勝，則繩墨不正。」
