Guanzi, 第67篇明法解, Entry 2 · 管仲（舊題）

明主者，上之所以一民使下也。私術者，下之所以侵上亂主也。故法廢而私行，則人主孤特而獨立，人臣羣黨而成朋。如此則主弱而臣强，此之謂亂國。故《明法》曰：「所謂亂國者，臣術勝也。」
