桓公問於管子曰：「事盡於此乎？」管子對曰：「未也。夫齊衢處之本，通達所出也，游子勝商之所道。人求本者，食吾本粟，因吾本幣，騏驥黃金然後出。令有徐疾，物有輕重，然後天下之寶壹爲我用。善者用非有，使非人。」
