以秋日至始，數九十二日，天子北出九十二里而壇，服黑而絻黑，朝諸侯卿大夫列士，號曰發繇。趣山人斷伐，具械器。趣菹人薪雚葦，足蓄積。三月之後，皆以其所有易其所無，謂之大通三月之蓄。
