此其章章尤異者也。皆非有爵邑奉祿弄法犯姦而富，盡椎埋去就，與時俯仰，獲其贏利，以末致財，用本守之，以武一切，用文持之，變化有概，故足術也。若至力農畜，工虞商賈，為權利以成富，大者傾郡，中者傾縣，下者傾鄉里者，不可勝數。
