「古者，燔黍食稗，而捭豚以相饗。其後，鄉人飲酒，老者重豆，少者立食，一醬一肉，旅飲而已。及其後，賓婚相召，則豆羹白飯，綦膾熟肉。今民間酒食，殽旅重疊，燔炙滿案，臑鱉膾鯉，麑卵鶉鷃橙枸，鮐鱧醢醯，眾物雜味。
