大夫曰：「議者貴其辭約而指明，可於眾人之聽，不至繁文稠辭，多言害有司化俗之計，而家人語。陶朱為生，本末異徑，一家數事，而治生之道乃備。今縣官鑄農器，使民務本，不營於末，則無饑寒之累。鹽、鐵何害而罷？」
