大夫曰：「文學言剛柔之類，五勝相代生。易明於陰陽，書長於五行。春生夏長，故火生於寅木，陽類也；秋生冬死，故水生於申金，陰物也。四時五行，叠廢叠興，陰陽異類，水火不同器。金得土而成，得火而死，金生於巳，何說何言然乎？」
