鄃令裴仁軌私役門夫，上怒，欲斬之。殿中侍御史長安李乾祐諫曰：「法者，陛下所與天下共也，非陛下所獨有也。今仁軌坐輕罪而抵極刑，臣恐人無所措手足。」上悅，免仁軌死，以乾祐為侍御史。
