關內旱饑，民多賣子以接衣食；己巳，詔出御府金帛為贖之，歸其父母。庚午，詔以去歲霖雨，今茲旱、蝗，赦天下。詔書略曰：「若使年谷豐稔，天下又安，移災朕身，以存萬國，是所願也，甘心無吝。」會所在有雨，民大悅。
