蔡成公杜如晦疾篤，上遣太子問疾，又自臨視之。甲申，薨。上每得佳物，輒思如晦，遣使賜其家。久之，語及如晦，必流涕，謂房玄齡曰：「公與如晦同佐朕，今獨見公，不見如晦矣！」
