吐谷渾甘豆可汗久質中國，國人不附，竟為其下所殺。子燕王諾曷缽立。諾曷缽幼，大臣爭權，國中大亂。十二月，詔兵部尚書侯君集等將兵援之；先遣使者諭解，有不奉詔者，隨宜討之。
