十一月，甲子朔，冬至，上祀南郊。時《戊寅歷》以癸亥為朔，宣義郎李淳風表稱：「古歷分日起於子半，今歲甲子朔冬至，而故太史令傅仁均減餘稍多，子初為朔，遂差三刻，用乖天正，請更加考定。」眾議以仁均定朔微差，淳風推校精密，請如淳風議，從之。
