尚書左丞韋悰句司農木橦價貴於民間，奏其隱沒。上召大理卿孫伏伽書司農罪。伏伽曰：「司農無罪。」上怪，問其故，對曰：「只為官橦貴，所以私橦賤。向使官橦賤，私橦無由賤矣。但見司農識大體，不知其過也。」上悟，屢稱其善；顧謂韋悰曰：「卿識用不逮伏伽遠矣。」
