乙酉，至遼東。丙戌，渡遼水。遼澤泥潦，車馬不通，命長孫無忌將萬人，剪草填道，水深處以車為梁，上自系薪於馬鞘以助役。冬，十月，丙申朔，上至蒲溝駐馬，督填道諸軍渡渤錯水，暴風雪，士卒沾濕多死者，敕然火於道以待之。
