上遣校尉宇文法詣烏羅護、靺鞨，遇薛延陀阿波設之兵於東境，法帥靺鞨擊破之。薛延陀國中驚擾，曰：「唐兵至矣！」諸部大亂。多彌引數千騎奔阿史德時健部落，回紇攻而殺之，並其宗族殆盡，遂據其地。諸俟斤互相攻擊，爭遣使來歸命。
