庚辰，至涇州；丙戌，逾隴山，至西瓦亭，觀馬牧。九月，上至靈州，敕勒諸部俟斤遣使相繼詣靈州者數千人，鹹云：「願得天至尊為奴等天可汗，子子孫孫常為天至尊奴，死無所恨。」甲辰，上為詩序其事曰：「雪恥酬百王，除凶報千古。」公卿請勒石於靈州；從之。
