劉洎之子訟其父冤，稱貞觀之末，為褚遂良所譖而死，李義府復助之。上以問近臣，眾希義府之旨，皆言其枉。給事中長安樂彥瑋獨曰：「劉洎大臣，人主暫有不豫，豈得遽自比伊、霍！今雪洎之罪，謂先帝用刑不當乎！」上然其言，遂寢其事。
