中書令李義府有寵於上，諸子孩抱者並列清貴。而義府貪冒無厭，母、妻及諸子、女婿，賣官鬻獄，其門如市，多樹朋黨，傾動朝野。中書令杜正倫每以先進自處，義府恃恩，不為之下，由是有隙，與義府訟於上前。上以大臣不和，兩責之。十一月，乙酉，貶正倫橫州刺史，義府普州刺史。正倫尋卒於橫州。
