法制度量，王者典器也。執故義道，畏變也。天地若夫神之動，化變者也。天地之極也，能與化起而王用，則不可以道山也。仁者善用，智者善用，非其人則與神往矣。衣食之於人也，不可以一日違也。親戚可以時大也。是故聖人萬民，艱處而立焉。
