愛施之德，雖行而無私。內行不脩，則不能朝遠方之君。是故正君臣上下之義，飾父子兄弟夫妻之義，飾男女之別，別疏數之差，使君德臣忠，父慈子孝，兄愛弟敬，禮義章明，如此則近者親之，遠者歸之。故曰：「召遠在脩近。」
