Reading
Meituan's decade was guided by a short list of operating beliefs.
Context
On March 4, 2020, Meituan turned ten. In his anniversary letter, Wang listed the beliefs that had guided the decade: customer first, long-term patience, doing the right thing rather than the easy thing, embracing change, advancing thirty kilometers a day, "I don't know, but I can learn," and practicing fundamentals. These, he said, would continue to guide Meituan's voyage.
Today's question
Which beliefs does your company actually live by every day?
