大夫曰：「賢不肖有質，而貪鄙有性，君子內潔己而不能純教於彼。故周公非不正管、蔡之邪，子產非不正鄧皙之偽也。夫內不從父兄之教，外不畏刑法之罪，周公、子產不能化，必也。今一一則責之有司，有司豈能縛其手足而使之無為非哉？」
