丙子，薛延陀毘伽可汗遣其弟統特勒入貢，上賜以寶刀及寶鞭，謂曰：「卿所部有大罪者斬之，小罪者鞭之。」夷男甚喜。突厥頡利可汗大懼，始遣使稱臣，請尚公主，修婿禮。
