十二月，戊寅，朱俱波、甘棠遣使入貢。朱俱波在蔥嶺之北，去瓜州三千八百里。甘棠在大海南。上曰：「中國既安，四夷自服。然朕不能無懼，昔秦始皇威振胡、越，二世而亡，唯諸公匡其不逮耳。」
