龜茲王伐疊卒，弟訶黎布失畢立，浸失臣禮，侵漁鄰國。上怒，戍寅，詔使持節、昆丘道行軍大總管、左驍衛大將軍阿史那社爾、副大總管、右驍衛大將軍契苾何力、安西都護郭孝恪等將兵擊之，仍命鐵勒十三州、突厥、吐蕃、吐谷渾連兵進討。
