壬寅，命李勣、許敬宗、辛茂將與任雅相、盧承慶更共覆按無忌事。許敬宗又遣中書舍人袁公瑜等詣黔州，再鞫無忌反狀，至則逼無忌令自縊。詔柳奭、韓瑗所至斬決。使者殺柳奭於象州。韓瑗已死，發驗而還。籍沒三家，近親皆流嶺南為奴婢。常州刺史長孫祥坐與無忌通書，處絞。長孫恩流檀州。
