Reading
A calm acceptance of oneself is what lets ordinary people do extraordinary things.
Context
Zhang argued that the media tend to make founders look extraordinary, while many high achievers he has met are ordinary people. What distinguishes them is a calm mind that accepts the present self and does the work well. Hence his claim that ordinary people can do extraordinary things.
Today's question
Can you accept that you are an ordinary person and still do the work in front of you as well as possible?
