「古者不粥飪，不市食。及其後，則有屠沽，沽酒市脯魚鹽而已。今熟食遍列，殽施成市，作業墮怠，食必趣時，楊豚韭卵，狗䐲馬朘，煎魚切肝，羊淹雞寒，挏馬酪酒，蹇捕胃脯，胹羔豆賜，鷇膹鴈羹，臭鮑甘瓠，熟梁貊炙。
