Reading
For the new decade, Wang wishes employees the ability to ride the waves.
Context
At the end of the tenth-anniversary letter, Wang did not wish employees smooth sailing. He wished them the ability to ride the waves: "For the new decade, I don't wish you plain sailing; I wish you to ride the wind and waves." The next line was "for the new decade, do not cling to the past; move forward with passion."
Today's question
If you stopped wishing yourself smooth sailing, what would you wish for instead?
